The article presents some aspects of the methodology for emergency medical response in the event of radiological accidents and incidents aimed to protect the population and to eliminate the consequences of radiological emergency. The established practices of the organization and conducting training activities involving emergency medical radiation dosimetry center (EMRDC) A. I. Burnazyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center are represented, during which questions of emergency response methodology have been practiced. There are examples of exercises and trainings conducted by EMRDC with international participation, independently and in collaboration with the State Corporation “Rosatom”.
