РЕФЕРАТ
Недавно НКДАР ООН обобщил информацию по уровням радиационного воздействия вследствие аварии на АЭС «Фукусима-1» в 2011 и 2012 гг., а также риску воздействия на здоровье человека и влиянию на биоту. В приложении к отчету представлены оценки доз и медицинских последствий для различных групп людей в Японии и, в меньшей степени, в соседних странах. Комитет проанализировал данные, предоставленные официальными государственными органами Японии и другими странами, международными организациями (МАГАТЭ, ВОЗ и др.), по уровням радиации и выпадения радиоактивных материалов в каждой префектуре Японии, концентрациям радионуклидов в продуктах питания, облучению населения и работников. При подготовке отчета Комитет использовал данные и литературу, опубликованные до октября 2012 г. Отчет также содержит обзор хронологии аварии на АЭС «Фукусима-1», включая развитие событий на станции; характеристику выбросов радиоактивных материалов в атмосферу и в океан; предпринятые меры для защиты работников и населения от радиации; оценки доз облучения населения в первый год после аварии, прогноз формирования доз за следующие 10 лет и в течение всей жизни; оценки доз для работников, задействованных в аварийном реагировании и операциях по ликвидации последствий в течение периода с 11 марта 2011 г. до 31 октября 2012 г.; описание последствий для здоровья; оценки доз и эффектов для биоты, населяющей наземные и водные экосистемы (пресной и морской воды).
