Реферат

В обзоре представлен анализ результатов III фазы рандомизированных исследований комбинированного и комплексного лечения онкологических больных с использованием гипертермии (ГТ). Анализ показал, что ГТ в большинстве случаев значимо улучшает результаты лучевой (ЛТ), химио (ХТ)- и химиолучевой терапии (ХЛТ) больных с местнораспространенными, рецидивными и метастатическими формами опухолей, а у инкурабельных больных достигается паллиативный эффект. Основными причинами отсутствия эффекта от локорегионарной ГТ (ЛРГТ) являются низкие температурно-экспозиционные режимы нагревания (< 40 °C, < 60 мин), вследствие несовершенства методики, неправильного выбора гипертермической установки, типа аппликатора, частоты электромагнитного (ЭМ) излучения. Изучено влияние ГТ на токсические эффекты лучевой и химиолучевой терапии на нормальные ткани. Представлен экономический эффект от использования метода. В связи с различными принципами работы гипертермических аппаратов, общего стандарта проведения ГТ у онкологических больных не существует, для каждой установки и локализации опухоли он должен разрабатываться индивидуально.
